**Job Description: Video Editor**

**Salary**:

- ₹15,000 per month for the first two months during the probation period.
- If performance is good and the editor is able to deliver quality edits on time, the salary will increase to ₹28,000 or more, depending on skill level and performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and deliver videos in a timely manner using **Premiere Pro** and **After Effects**.
- Create and edit **talking head videos** (which account for 80% of the work), ensuring clarity and engagement.
- Work on the remaining 20% of edits, including **ambience videos**, **real estate edits**, **speed ramp videos**, **meme videos**, and **cinematic videos**.
- Ensure videos are of high quality and meet the required standards.
- Meet deadlines consistently and deliver more than **50 videos** per month (performance bonuses will be provided for achieving this target).

**Work Environment**:

- The job will require you to work **six days a week**.
- **Four days a week** will be spent working from the office located in **Sector 31, Panchkula**.
- **Paid leaves** will be provided.

**Requirements**:

- **Very good knowledge of Premiere Pro** and basic knowledge of **After Effects**.
- Ability to manage deadlines and consistently deliver high-quality videos.
- Willingness to work full-time from the office (Sector 31, Panchkula) for four days a week.

**Probation Period**: First two months.
