**About the Role**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced trainer to lead a comprehensive two-month course in Web Design, Graphics Design, and Animation. The course aims to equip students with practical skills to design websites, create cartoon characters, and produce high-quality graphics for social media marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging, interactive, and practical sessions on web design, graphics design, and animation.
- Ensure students gain hands-on experience in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and animation software like Adobe Animate or Blender.
- Guide students in creating a portfolio that includes a functional website, an original cartoon character, and social media-ready graphics.

**Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and execute a structured training plan covering key concepts in web design, graphic design, and animation.

**Student Engagement and Support**:

- Foster a collaborative and encouraging learning environment.
- Provide feedback on assignments and projects to ensure continuous improvement.
- Address individual learning needs and offer additional guidance where required

**Technical Skills to Cover**:

- Basics of Web Design: HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, and responsive design.
- Graphics Design: Logo creation, brand identity, and social media graphics.
- Animation: Character creation, motion graphics, and basic 2D animation techniques.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Monitor and assess students’ progress through regular evaluations.
- Conduct final project presentations to evaluate student proficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven expertise in web design, graphic design, and animation.
- Proficiency in relevant tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate), Figma, Blender, or similar software.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a passion for teaching.
- Prior experience in training or teaching (preferred).
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for beginners.
