Position Overview:
As a Graphic Designer Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs aimed at developing the skills and capabilities of aspiring graphic designers. Your role will involve creating instructional materials, conducting training sessions, and providing mentorship to individuals or groups interested in pursuing a career in graphic design. You will play a key role in shaping the next generation of talented designers by imparting industry-relevant knowledge and fostering creativity.

Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development:
Design and develop comprehensive training curricula covering various aspects of graphic design, including fundamental principles, software proficiency, typography, layout, color theory, and design trends.

Regularly update training materials to reflect advancements in graphic design technology and industry best practices.

Training Delivery:
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and online.

Utilize a variety of instructional techniques, including lectures, demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and group discussions, to cater to diverse learning styles.

Provide constructive feedback and guidance to trainees to help them improve their design skills and proficiency.

Software Proficiency:
Instruct trainees on the effective use of graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Coreldraw and other relevant tools.

Demonstrate advanced techniques and workflows to enhance trainees' understanding and proficiency in using design software.

Portfolio Development:
Assist trainees in developing and refining their design portfolios to showcase their skills, creativity, and versatility.

Provide guidance on portfolio presentation, project selection, and self-promotion strategies to help trainees stand out in the competitive job market.

Industry Insights:
Keep abreast of current trends, techniques, and emerging technologies in the graphic design industry.

Mentorship and Support:
Provide ongoing mentorship and support to trainees, offering guidance on career paths, job search strategies, and professional development opportunities.

Foster a supportive and collaborative learning environment where trainees feel encouraged to explore their creativity and express their unique design styles.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
