We are seeking an experienced and creative Graphic Designer Trainer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer Trainer, you will be responsible for imparting your expertise in graphic design to individuals or groups of aspiring designers, helping them develop the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in the field. You will play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of graphic designers and fostering their creative talents.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Instruction**: Design and deliver training programs and workshops on various aspects of graphic design, including but not limited to software proficiency, design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and image editing.

**Curriculum Development**: Create and update training materials, lesson plans, and course content to ensure relevance and alignment with industry standards and trends.

**Individualized Support**: Offer personalized guidance and feedback to each trainee, identifying their strengths and areas for improvement to facilitate their growth as designers.

**Stay Current**: Stay updated on the latest graphic design tools, techniques, and trends to incorporate into your training materials and share with trainees.

**Assessment**: Develop and administer assessments and assignments to evaluate trainee progress, offering constructive feedback and tracking their development.

**Mentorship**: Act as a mentor and career advisor, assisting trainees in setting career goals, building a professional network, and preparing for job interviews or freelance opportunities.

**Class Management**: Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and performance of trainees, and ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with other trainers or departments to integrate graphic design training into broader programs or initiatives.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio of design work.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.

Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.

Previous training or teaching experience is a plus.

A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
