**There are some major Responsibilities of dispatcher**:

- Storage, warehousing and material handling.
- Packaging and unitization.
- Inventory
- Transport
- Information and Communication

**Job Description**:

- Assigning and scheduling drivers to specific routes and loads. Ensuring the on-time pick up and delivery of loads.
- Working on route planning to determine the most efficient routes for deliveries based on factors like distance, traffic conditions and delivery deadlines.
- Handling customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner and update them about their load if there is any delay or issues.
- Working on communication and tracking the drivers to provide instruction and take updates on delivery and any issues or delays that may arise during transit.
- Duty to ensure driver has all the paperwork and load information necessary to complete their load satisfying both customer expectations and HOS regulations.
- Working on transportation and coordinating the movement of goods through various modes of transportation delivering at different sea ports, airports or rail ramps.
- Working on warehousing, and managing storage facilities and distribution centers where goods are received, sorted, stored, packed and dispatched to meet customer demands effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree (Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
