Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch trucks to pick up and deliver freight within the USA, ensuring optimal routes and timely deliveries.

Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and support throughout their trips.

Utilize tracking systems and GPS technology to monitor the progress of shipments and provide real-time updates to stakeholders.

Proactively identify and address any issues or delays in delivery schedules, keeping all parties informed.

Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and sales, to streamline transportation processes and meet customer requirements.

Communicate with customers and external partners to provide accurate and timely information on shipment status and resolve any issues or concerns.

Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including driver logs, shipment details, and communication records.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards in trucking operations.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve dispatch processes, track and trace systems, and overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or transportation management is preferred.

Proven experience as a truck dispatcher or in a similar role within the transportation or logistics industry.

Strong knowledge of trucking operations, regulations, and geography within the USA.

Proficiency in using dispatch software, GPS systems, and tracking tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with drivers, customers, and team members.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
