**Areas of Responsibility**:

- **Preparing food orders**
- **Managing the team members**
- **Stock keeping/ Inventory Management**
- **Ensure safety and cleanliness of the kitchen**
- **Ensure Timely delivery of food orders ( both in store & online orders)**
- **Managing the entire kitchen process**:

- **Quality of the food**
- **Find out the bottlenecks**
- **Enhance/Ensure speed of Preparation ,Delivery and Cleanliness**
- **Maximum utilization of the kitchen space**
- **Wastage Management**
- **Orderliness**
- **Ensure SOPs are followed strictly**
- **Proper storage of raw materials**
- **Ensure all the team members finish their daily TTD work on time**
- **Send daily EOD reports to the Manager**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
