**Profile introduction**:
The General Services Assistant (Housekeeping) plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness, comfort, and satisfaction of our guests. This position is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and common areas, as well as providing excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform cleaning and sanitizing tasks in guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and other shared spaces.
- Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms as needed.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to the appropriate team members.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety standards to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Keep track of cleaning supplies and report low stock levels to the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently, as well as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting items up to 20 pounds.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
