**AEC GLOBAL** is a leading Education and migration agency with head-office in Melbourne, searching for an office administrator to join our company.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the manager, you will play a primary and key role in the day-to-day function of the business.

This role will mainly consist of running Karnal office smoothly and ensure that all allocated tasks has been done by staff.

To be successful in the role, the right applicant will be able to work well within our business, have excellent communication skills, technology skills, attention to detail, and have the ability to comfortably handle many competing demands at once.

Education and Migration industry experience highly regarded but not essential.

**Duties**

You will be responsible for:

- Scheduling work for team and ensure tasks are completed with in deadlines.
- Answering phones
- Creating documents for management
- Liaising with clients
- And other ad hoc duties

To secure this role, you MUST have:

- 2 + years experience in a previous admin role
- Intermediate technology skills
- Ability to learn new software systems
- Exceptional communication skills and diligent work ethic
- Be willing to learn
- Be able to deal with various challenges and show initiative
- Exceptional organizational skills & attention to detail.

Job Offer:

- Full time; Monday to Saturday
- Office located in Karnal

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Karnal, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
