**Job Title: Financial Advisor**

**Full Time (WORK FROM OFFICE)**

**Location: Wagle Estate, Thane, Mumbai**
**Campaign: US Outbound (Health Insurance)**

**Working Days**:5 days a week

**Shift Timings**: Fixed shift - 6:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST

**Salary Range**: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month

**Incentives**:Attractive incentive structure with no sales pressure

**Transportation**: Drop facility available for female employees
**Qualification-** Any Graduate/PG/Undergraduate
(Freshers can also apply)

**Roles and responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for making outbound calls(in US ) and regular follow up on leads assigned.
2. Build a strong relationship/trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers
3. Understand the Customer requirements, encourage them to upgrade /renew the packages
4. Address all the issues / grievances of customers and help them with a solution
5. Strictly adhere to the process requirements
6. Responsible for generating Leads and interacting with customer based in US.
