**Urgent opening for Tube Mill Operator - ITI Mechanical eng.**

Location Taloja MIDC, Immediate joiners, 12 hours shift in Rotation

Skills, **proactiveness, and learning**

Key Responsibilities:

- **Setup and Operation**: Setting up and adjusting tube mill machinery according to specifications to produce steel tubes of various sizes and shapes.
- **Production Monitoring**: Monitoring the production process to ensure quality and efficiency, including inspecting products during and after production.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**: Performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- **Teamwork and Communication**: Collaborating with the production team to meet output targets and promptly reporting any non-conformities.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintaining accurate production and maintenance records.
- **Material Handling**: May involve moving raw materials, finished products, and packaging.
- **Quality Control**: Verifying the quality of the tubes, especially when bundling or packaging.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

- **Technical Skills**: Experience with operating and maintaining machinery
- **Physical Abilities**: To work on mill
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to machine operation and product quality.
- **Education**: 10th + ITI Mechanical
- **Knowledge of Safety Procedures**:

- **Time Management**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
