**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, or turning centers) based on job orders.
- Load raw materials and ensure correct machine settings.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Perform in-process inspections using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments to control speed, feed, and tool paths.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and keep equipment clean and well-maintained.
- Identify and report any machine malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Complete production logs and documentation as required.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
- Fresher to 3 years of experience in CNC machine operations.
- Basic understanding of machining processes and measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, or other CNC control systems is an advantage.
- Exposure to ISO quality systems or lean manufacturing practices.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for CNC machines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Taloja, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (required)
- Night Shift (required)
