**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:
Basic knowledge about US Mortgage and predominantly towards Property Preservation Services
- Understanding of Maintenance Review of the property process and its procedure
- Reviewing the Damaged report and perform a thorough analysis of the details listed and report to Client.
- Reviewing Bids and Submission of Invoicing services related to Property Preservation
- Good understanding of Property Inspection process and its steps
- Performing tasks on Re-secure reviews, ICC Photo reviews etc
- Understanding of relevant guidelines in the Property Preservation Services process
- Update and document all tracking systems including the clear and accurate documentation of the accounts worked.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

Educational qualification and years of experience required in any specific domain/skill for the role
- Basic Degree completion (15 years of education)
- Good written and oral communications skills in English
- US Mortgage Experience in Property Preservation Services (Minimum 12 Months experience)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
