Job Summary:
The Title Searcher will locate public and private records to draft a legal description of a property and to compile documents pertaining to property titles and ownership history.To maintain and deliver title report accurate within terms of productivity, quality, and TATNeed to be flexible in shift timings for handling the process, as per business or client requirement.

Responsibilities include:
Knowledge:
Previous experience in US Mortgage/Real Estate/Title SearchOnline Title search experience across nationwide preferably in the states of Florida, North Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, etc.Worked on Full search through Netr-online is added advantage

Knowledge of different types of mortgages and its functioning Job Description - Title Searcher

Skills & Ability:
Good verbal and written communication skills are required to understand and update comments and communicate with various stakeholders.Strong research, analytical, problem-solving skillsMust be customer service oriented, discrete, and confidentialExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailCompetent with MS office knowledge

Education Qualifications:Minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent or appearedMinimum 2 years and maximum 5 years of experience in US Mortgage under Title Searcher

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
