**Core Responsibilities**:

- Prepare 3D designs of proposed interior design work
- Work in-line with the sales team and projects team
- Co-ordinate with Projects team, CRM n Sales team at various levels of projects.
- Take ownership and have control over every leg of the project starting from customer on-board to design stage and throughout the execution process till the completed site is handed over to the customer
- Ensure customer requirements and design requirements are met at every leg
- Inspect the project sites regularly to ensure that the execution is as per the design.
- Effective data management and adherence to time-lines at all stages.

**Required Skills**:

- Good proficiency in Autocad, **Sketch up, V Ray,** Lumion, 3D Studio Max
- Prior experience as 3D designer for Home interior design projects is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge in Home interior design projects and its nuances
- Customer centric attitude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- MS Word, Excel and Power point
- Communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Rapport building and convincing skills
- Telephone etiquette
- Sketch up, V ray, 3D Studio Max.

**Nice to have skills**:

- Exceptional Leadership skills
- Engineering / Technical background
- Extreme Eye-to-detail.
