Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospect for new business opportunities.
- Identify decision-makers within target companies and gather relevant contact information.
- Engage with prospects to generate interest in our services and solutions.

2. Appointment Setting:

- Schedule appointments and meetings for our sales team with qualified leads.
- Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and ensure their attendance.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and interactions in the CRM system.

3. Relationship Building:

- Build rapport and establish credibility with prospects through effective communication.
- Listen to prospects' needs and requirements to identify opportunities for our services.
- Provide information about our company, services, and value proposition to prospects.

4. Collaboration:

- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of efforts and objectives.
- Provide feedback and insights from calls to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and performance.

Qualifications:

- 10th, 12th, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or telecalling, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong English and Hindi communication
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using ms office.
