**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop architectural plans for multiuse projects in US and India to be used as prototypes of innovative approaches to environmental design
- Generate plan layouts, storefront elevations, and sections
- Solve space planning and adjacency requirements
- Manage multiple projects concurrently and according to local code(s)
- Create renderings in Revit or other equivalant software

**Qualifications and Functional Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of architectural design, production, and technical experience throughout all phases of documented projects and construction
- Proficient with basic hand, CAD, and AutoCAD drafting skills
- Skilled experience in Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign graphic software preferred
- Capable of creating 3D renderings, site plans, and comprehensive construction documents

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Outstanding interpersonal and networking skills
- Specifically, integrity, motivation, proactivity, and independence, combined with the willingness to cross-train responsibilities within other company departments, is desired
- We require flexibility and accommodation of adapting to varied priorities
- Must maintain a professional work ethic, positive attitude, and openness to new challenges, resulting in quality work

**Qualifications**:
Dimploma/Bachelors of Architecture/Engineering or relevant field
