MyScaai Bharat Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Architect to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. As a Junior Architect, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of our residential and commercial projects, incorporating the principles of smart automation, amenities, construction, interiors, and support systems. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation of innovative and sustainable spaces that redefine the standards of modern living and working environments.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with senior architects and project teams to develop design concepts for residential and commercial projects that align with the company's vision and objectives.
2. Utilize smart automation technologies and design principles to enhance the functionality, efficiency, and sustainability of buildings and spaces.
3. Integrate smart amenities such as advanced security systems, energy-efficient fixtures, and home automation systems into project designs to enhance the quality of life for occupants.
4. Incorporate smart construction techniques and materials to optimize building performance, durability, and environmental impact.
5. Develop innovative interior design solutions that complement the architectural vision and enhance the overall user experience.
6. Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards throughout the design and construction process.
7. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations using industry-standard software tools.
8. Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure the timely and successful execution of projects.
9. Participate in site visits, inspections, and quality assurance procedures to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
10. Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture, real estate, and smart home technologies.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution and must have 2 or 3 years of experience
2. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
4. Excellent design skills with a creative approach to problem-solving and space planning.
5. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and communicate ideas clearly and concisely.
6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
7. Prior experience or internships in architecture, real estate, or related fields is desirable but not mandatory.
8. Passion for innovation, sustainability, and creating spaces that enhance quality of life.
