**Key Responsibilities**:

- **On-Site Coordination**:
Supervise day-to-day operations at the project site to ensure timely execution according to design specifications.
- **Team Management**:
Manage and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and vendors; ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
- **Quality Control**:
Monitor workmanship and materials to maintain quality standards throughout the installation and finishing process.
- **Communication**:
Act as a liaison between interior designers, clients, and contractors to relay project goals, changes, and updates.
- **Progress Reporting**:
Provide regular site reports and updates on project status, including any delays or challenges encountered.
- **Problem Solving**:
Troubleshoot on-site issues related to design conflicts, material availability, or scheduling.
- **Material Management**:
Oversee the delivery, storage, and use of materials; ensure correct products are used per design documents.
- **Documentation**:
Maintain accurate records including site diaries, attendance logs, and incident reports.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Day Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
