A SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) administrator manages and maintains the SCCM infrastructure to deploy, configure, and manage software, updates, and operating systems across an organization. Their responsibilities include configuring SCCM settings, creating deployment packages, ensuring compliance, and troubleshooting deployment issues

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- **Minimum 4 years of experience in managing windows**:

- **SCCM Infrastructure Management**:
Maintain and manage the SCCM infrastructure, including servers, clients, and related components.
- **Software Deployment**:

- **Configuration Management**:
Configure and manage SCCM settings, policies, and configurations to ensure compliance.
- **Deployment Packages**:
Create and manage SCCM deployment packages for software and operating systems.
- **Compliance and Monitoring**:
Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations, and monitor the SCCM environment for issues.
- **Troubleshooting**:
Troubleshoot SCCM issues, including software deployments, client problems, and configuration errors.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:Generate reports on SCCM deployments, compliance, and system health, and maintain documentation for processes and procedures

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Systematic and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of databases (SQL, DB2, MySQL, etc.)
- Certifications in cybersecurity, cloud computing, or project management
