**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
- Educate clients about our credit card and loan products, explaining features, benefits, and terms.
- Assess client eligibility and recommend appropriate credit card and loan solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
- Build and nurture client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize processes and enhance customer experience.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of sales activities, interactions, and outcomes in our CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven track record in sales, with experience in financial services, credit cards, or loans preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent customer service skills and a client-focused approach.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing industry regulations and market trends.

**Salary**: ₹11,535.92 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

Travel requirement:

- No travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
