**Key Responsibilities**

Team Supervision and Leadership:

- Lead and motivate team members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and address any concerns.
- Train new employees and ensure existing team members receive ongoing training for skill enhancement.

**Customer Service Excellence**
- Set the example for exceptional customer service and uphold a customer-centric approach.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Train team members to deliver excellent service, maintain cleanliness, and provide a welcoming atmosphere.

**Operational Efficiency**
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor food preparation and service, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain appropriate stock levels and product quality.

**Quality Control**
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure food presentation, taste, and overall service meet established standards.
- Address any deviations from quality guidelines and take corrective action.

**Sales And Revenue Management**
- Support the management team in achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
- Implement strategies to maximize sales, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

**Qualifications And Skills**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality/restaurant management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the QSR or fast-food industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month
