**Job Title**: Junior Partner.

We are seeking an accomplished and driven Junior Partner with 8 years to 15 years of robust experience in handling litigation cases in the **Supreme Court**. This position is an exceptional opportunity for seasoned legal professionals to take on challenging cases, lead key legal initiatives, and contribute significantly to the success of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Represent clients in complex litigation cases before the High Court and Supreme Court.
- Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, including petitions, writs, affidavits, appeals, and opinions.
- Lead and manage all stages of litigation, including pleadings, hearings, trials, and appeals.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients on a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy and decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal and external counsel to ensure seamless case management.
- Supervise and mentor junior associates, paralegals, and support staff.
- Stay updated on changes in laws, judicial precedents, and regulatory developments to offer forward-thinking solutions.
- Exp. in commercial law, Company Law, Arbitration ETC.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university; Master’s degree in Law (LLM) is an advantage.
- **Experience**: 10 to 15 years of active litigation practice, with substantial exposure to High Court and Supreme Court proceedings.
- **Bar Membership**: Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- Proficient in civil, criminal, constitutional, and commercial litigation.
- Exceptional legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations and complex legal scenarios.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Expertise in managing large and high-profile litigation matters.
- Leadership qualities with experience in managing and mentoring teams.
- Strong negotiation skills and client-handling expertise.

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent.

**Salary**: ₹60,000 - ₹80,000
