**Job Description: -**
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Listening to the customers needs to generate sales.
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Minimum 1+ years of Experience in Telesales
- Fresher’s with excellent communication only apply
- This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high performance environment that emphasizes on spreading the Care 24’s unique way of healthcare services in your city.
- Should be Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
- Flexible to work on weekends
- Immediate Joiners will be preferred

**Skills**:

- Good Convincing skills.
- Must possess sales background
- Enthusiastic and willing to work with startups
- Should not be a Job hopper
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
- Effective communication skills verbal and written.
Clear diction and clarity in speech.
