Being part of the BV family, is more than just working, it’s being convinced that you **will leave your mark... in shaping a world of Trust**. **Job responsibilities** **Finance & Administration**: - Managing daily Office Transportation / CAB arrangements as follows: - Support existing Sr. Admin Associate in the Cab rostering / re-rostering - Daily tracking the cancellation and Adhoc CAB request (informing the transport supervisor accordingly) - Maintaining daily transport tracker for record No Shows, Adhocs and Cancellation - Dealing with office security / Housekeeper staff for daily inventory requirements and consumption of consumables, stationery etc. Also, need to track the MOQ (minimum order quantity). - Tracking with suppliers for material delivery and validation of material quantity being delivered as per Purchase order - Vouching of monthly employee expense reimbursements and daily operation cost - Coordination with supplier on commercial finalization along with supplier legal contract documentation formalities - Act as back up of Issuance of Purchase Requisition / Purchase Order in FLEX - Follow up for repair status of IT equipment’s with Local IT team - Other general administrative support for GSSC Finance team - Computer knowledge is necessary Join an inclusive, flexible and diverse company where you can thrive while contributing to positively transforming the world we live in.
