OET Trainer Job description

*OET training and coaching for all modules through a structured training program (practice and instructional material to be provided by institution)

*Monitor training needs of students to identify gaps and address them as deemed appropriate

*Teaching grammar to students as deemed necessary
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills with weekly mock tests

*Stay abreast of new trends and and tools in ELT methodologies
- Keep attendance and other records (results of mock tests, maintaining repository of teaching materials)

*Conduct seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions
- Conduct student evaluations to identify areas of improvement and maintain records

Trainer requirements:
TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certificate a pre-requisite to apply.

Understanding of effective ELT methodologies

Organisational and time management skills

Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in OET training and virtual classroom

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
