**JOB TITLE: English Trainer for IELTS/PTE/CELPIP/ToEFL/OET**

**JOB-SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Deliver result-oriented and effective training to students preparing for various English tests including but not limited to**:

- **IELTS (Academic / General Training / IELTS Life Skills);**
- **Pearson Test of English - PTE Academic;**
- **CELPIP**
- **Occupational English Test (OET)**
- **ToEFL**
- **Deliver the training as per the guidelines implemented and approved by the management to enhance various micro skills of the students, enabling them to achieve their desired score in the relevant tests.**
- **Develop, prepare and use various relevant supplementary materials and activities to enhance the training delivery quality to the students.**
- **Manage the class in a way to establish discipline, professionalism and maintain a progressive environment for learning, thus enhancing the learning outcome of the students and strengthening our brand in the training industry.**
- **Prepare and set regular tests and exercises mapped towards skill enhancement of the students.**
- **Regularly carry out the evaluation of students' classwork and assignments/tests and provide effective/constructive feedback in a timely manner.**
- **Follow the daily hygiene and basic administration practices such as marking and maintaining student attendance records; entering your remarks and evaluation of the students into the established software/management portal.**
- **Respond to the various issues of the students in a timely and empathetic manner, by resolving or escalating the matters as and when they arise.**

- Be punctual and adhere to the working hours and time specified.
- Prioritise workload to ensure work of the greatest importance to the business is undertaken with urgency and to the highest standard of quality.
- Support, participate and help develop a positive workplace culture.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills with peers, colleagues and clients, etc.
- Responsibly manage all business resources with a sense of ownership and accountability.
- Undertake all duties and responsibilities outlined in the job description and all other duties as required by the business from time to time.
- Comply with all employment obligations.
- Promptly undertake to complete all reasonable and lawful instructions and directions given to you by the employer / immediate supervisor.
- Serve the business in good faith, promoting and protecting the best interests for all the stakeholders and create a WIN-WIN-WIN culture.

SKILLS & QUALITIES REQUIRED:

- Must be result-oriented and able to work under pressure to achieve results and to demonstrate adaptability.
- Must have an excellent command over spoken and written English; as well as the local language.
- Must possess presentation and teaching skills using tech enabled teaching tools.
- Must have advanced research skills, IT Skills, etc..

**Must display skills of ‘entertraining’.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
