We have urgent job opening for "Customer Service Executive" for our leading client into Shipping industry. The job details are as given below.

**Position : Customer Service Executive**

**Job Location : Pune**
**Objective: To fulfil customer requirement within time frame.**

1) Ocean export FCL - Booking, VGM, Pre-alert, SI, BL release, Invoice, Payment process, container status - cutoff, Gatein, sailing, till reached at Destination.
2) Ocean export LCL - Pre-alert, SI, BL release, Invoice, Payment process, container status - cutoff, Gatein, sailing, till reached at Destination.
3) Air export - Follow up with Shipper, IATA and CHA, H/O timely to Airport, MAWB, HAWB Documents process, Invoice.
4) Follow-up with Transporter to rate for FCL, LCL and Air shipment
5) Custom clearance process
6) Rate Negotiate with S/Line and follow up with customer for Business
7) Handling Nomination shipment and Air exports shipments
8) Handling CS, Operation & Documentation related to shipper, forwarder and liners
9) Make Provision in particular software.
10) Make Client Invoice and make s/line payment process.
11) Follow-up for payment with vendor and shippers.

Industry Preferred : Cargo / Shipping.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
