We are looking for a **Land Acquisition Officer(ROW)** who responsible for strategically planning and executing for projects of our Transmission and Substation sites and had **on-site experience of at least 2 years.**

**Role Description**
- Understanding of state specific revenue documents needed for land acquisition.
- Due diligence and verification of revenue records.
- Extraction of historic revenue record from tahsildar office.
- Understanding of Land related Legal issues and their implications.
- Understanding of state specific survey documents.
- Coordination and negotiation with farmers.
- Consolidation of documents and reporting to management.
- Hands on experience in state specific revenue and registration portals.
- Should have experience in Auto CAD.

**Position Demands**
- Travelling to multiple sites

**Technical Skills**
- Thorough understanding of Electrical industry operations and land acquisition processes.
- Knowledge of environmental and social governance statutes and norms.
- Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Experience in legal documentation and due diligence related to land acquisition.
- Strong understanding of government and local rules and regulations pertaining to land acquisition.

**Qualifications**
- Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
