Ielts Trainer

Key Responsibilities:
Teach IELTS exam preparation classes to students, both in-person and online.

Develop and design course materials, lesson plans, and teaching aids for IELTS exam preparation.

Provide feedback to students on their performance and progress, and offer strategies for improvement.

Administer practice exams and mock tests to assess student readiness for the actual IELTS exam.

Keep up-to-date with changes in the IELTS exam format, scoring, and requirements.

Work with students one-on-one to address specific concerns and areas for improvement.

Provide guidance and support to students throughout their IELTS exam preparation journey.

Collaborate with other IELTS trainers and educators to share best practices and develop new teaching strategies.

Keep accurate records of student attendance, progress, and exam scores.

Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and other training events as required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field.

TESOL/TEFL certification preferred.

Experience teaching IELTS exam preparation classes.

Knowledge of the IELTS exam format, scoring, and requirements.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and levels of English proficiency.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other technology tools used for teaching and learning.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.

**Salary**: ₹11,020.81 - ₹43,600.63 per month
