**About the Role**:
As an IELTS Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to students preparing for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS). You will play a pivotal role in helping students achieve their desired scores and enhancing their English language proficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of the IELTS exam, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for helping students succeed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Training Sessions**:

- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions
- Develop lesson plans that are tailored to meet the needs of students with varying levels of English proficiency.
- Use a variety of instructional methods and materials to enhance the learning experience.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and update training materials, practice tests, and other resources to ensure they align with the latest exam formats and standards.
- Incorporate new teaching techniques and technologies to improve the learning process.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Regular assessments to monitor students' progress.
- Provide detailed feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their performance.
- Identify areas where students need additional support and develop strategies to address these needs.
- **Student Support**:

- Offer live sessions & webinars to students as needed..
- Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the IELTS exam.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Share best practices and insights with the training team.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of IELTS department.
- Prepare reports on performance and training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with administrative staff to manage class schedules and training logistics.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching English, with a focus on IELTS and OET preparation.
- **Certifications**: TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong teaching and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and online learning platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- The role involves working in a classroom setting, with occasional online training sessions.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹10,212.01 - ₹35,430.65 per month
