**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Architecture drawing**:

- Assist senior architects in developing architectural concepts and detailed designs.
- Use software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to create drawings, models, and presentations.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to explore design solutions.
- Work on space planning, elevations, sections, and construction details.

**Project Support**:

- Support the team in preparing project proposals and design documents.
- Assist in coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Help manage documentation and filing for various project phases.
- Attend site visits and assist in reporting construction progress.

**Client Interaction**:

- Collaborate with the team in presenting designs to clients.
- Participate in client meetings and take feedback on design proposals.
- Assist in making revisions based on client needs and preferences.

**Research and Development**:

- Research innovative building materials, sustainable practices, and energy-efficient designs.
- Stay updated on local building codes, regulations, and trends in the architectural field.
- Assist in integrating smart building and eco-friendly solutions into designs.

**Technical Skills and Software**:

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Basic knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or currently enrolled in a relevant architectural program.
- **Experience**:

- **Fresher**: Recent graduates with a degree in architecture and a passion for innovative design.
- **Intern**: Students or fresh graduates looking to gain practical experience in the field of architecture.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for project documentation and presentations.
- Basic understanding of architectural design principles and software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a desire to learn.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Creativity and innovative design thinking.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Work Environment**:

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
