An MIS (Management Information System) executive oversees and manages an organization's IT systems to support business operations and strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining databases and networks, collecting and analyzing data, generating reports, ensuring data security, and implementing IT solutions to improve efficiency. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, along with a deep understanding of both business processes and IT frameworks. Core responsibilities
- **System management**: Develop, plan, design, and coordinate computer systems, networks, and databases to meet company needs.
- **Data analysis and reporting**: Collect, interpret, and analyze data from various sources to generate reports and provide insights to management.
- **IT infrastructure**: Oversee the planning, monitoring, and troubleshooting of IT frameworks and infrastructure.
- **Security**: Ensure the security of data and networks, including managing firewalls and anti-virus software.
- **Problem-solving**: Interpret technical requirements and develop IT solutions that are efficient and cost-effective.
- **Team leadership**: Supervise IT staff, provide training, and manage the implementation of new software and hardware.
- **Strategic planning**: Assist management in setting IT goals and budgets, and recommend new technology purchases.

Key skills and qualifications
- **Technical skills**: Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel macros), database management tools, and a strong understanding of IT systems.
- **Analytical and problem-solving skills**: Ability to analyze data and systems to identify areas for improvement and create effective solutions.
- **Leadership and communication**: Strong ability to communicate with cross-functional teams, motivate staff, and work collaboratively.
- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is typically required.
- **Other traits**: A strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
