Be Body wise started in May 2021, is an online women’s elective health platform, serving 1.5M+ women every year by providing personalized solutions and doctor consults across concerns for hair, face, body, pcos, sleep and nutrition.

Little Joys, started in May 2022, is an online health platform for kids, helping 1M+ parents every year solve for their child’s physical, mental and emotional development by offering age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, bone health, personal hygiene and behavioural development with access to expert doctors and nutritionists.

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **
Amazon & Flipkart Consignment Creation**: Create and manage consignments on seller portal with accuracy, ensuring timely processing of created shipments.
- ** Timely RTD Marking**: Ensure that all Ready to Dispatch (RTD) Shipments are promptly marked in the system to maintain a smooth and efficient Consignments flow.
- ** Maintain RIS at channel**: Oversee the Return-to-Inventory System (RIS) on channel, ensuring that returned items are processed and restocked efficiently and in accordance with company standards.
- ** Vendor Management**: Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring timely deliveries, resolving any issues, and coordinating effectively to support smooth inventory operations.
- ** Advanced Excel**: Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, inventory tracking, and reporting. Proficiency in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas is required to optimize inventory management.
- ** Focus on Improving Regional Utilization**: Analyse and implement strategies to improve regional utilization, ensuring that inventory is optimally distributed and utilized across different regions.

**Requirement**:

- Proven experience in managing marketplace inventory, particularly on platforms like Flipkart, Amazon
- Strong proficiency in advanced Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Experience with consignment creation, RTD marking, and maintaining RIS on e-commerce platforms.
- Effective vendor management skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in improving regional utilization and inventory distribution.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience with additional e-commerce platforms beyond Flipkart.
- Familiarity with inventory management.
