**Food Preparation**:

- Assist in preparing ingredients and cooking dishes for both Chinese and Continental cuisines as per the menu and chef's guidance.
- Ensure consistency in the quality and presentation of all dishes.
- **Kitchen Operations**:

- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and cooking techniques as instructed by the senior chefs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations during and after service.
- Support the team during peak hours to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- **Hygiene & Safety**:

- Comply with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Properly store food items and ensure the kitchen meets regulatory standards.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with senior chefs to learn and improve culinary skills.
- Contribute ideas and assist in menu development as required.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- 2-10 years of experience in professional kitchens, preferably with exposure to Chinese and Continental cuisines.
- **Education**:

- Culinary diploma/certification or equivalent training is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of Chinese and Continental cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and team collaboration skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
