- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using JavaScript and Stibo to meet project requirements.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Implement best practices in coding testing and deployment to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
- Manage risk by identifying potential issues early and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations particularly in the Consumer Goods-Risk Management domain.
- Utilize domain expertise to develop solutions that address specific challenges in the Consumer Goods sector.
- Monitor and evaluate project progress making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Qualifications
- Demonstrate expertise in Consumer Goods-Risk Management with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and solutions.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
- Show proficiency in project management with experience in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Display strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information.
