**Mandatory Experience**:

- Min 1 Year into Technical/Functional Skills STIBO MDM Development Experience
- Ability to configure/develop STEP Solution components such as business rules, Workflows, Import, Exports, Web UIs, Endpoints, etc.
- Strong experience in data modeling and data migrationWorking experience in data profiling/data quality.
- Good Technical knowledge on Core Java & XMLExperience leading / working with teams in an agile setting.
- STIBO certification is an added advantage.
