**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java and Informatica MDM technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for data management projects.
- Design and implement data models and workflows using Informatica MDM Entity360 & IDD.
- Utilize Informatica Active VOS to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
- Manage and configure the Informatica MDM Hub Console to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data management systems.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers and other team members.
- Participate in project planning and estimation activities to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Continuously improve development processes and methodologies to enhance productivity and quality.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices into development.
- Document technical specifications and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong expertise in Java programming and development.
- Have extensive experience with Informatica MDM Entity360 & IDD.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using Informatica Active VOS for business process automation.
- Show in-depth knowledge of Informatica MDM Hub Console configuration and management.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Have a solid understanding of data security and compliance requirements.
- Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Be capable of providing technical support and mentorship to junior team members.
- Have experience in project planning and estimation.
- Show a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Be able to document technical specifications and user guides effectively.
- Possess a proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
