**Job Details**:
We are searching for a skilled and detailed oriented Accounting Associate to join our team.

As an Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for assisting Auditors and Accountant in essential accounting functions. You will also be responsible for preparing invoices and financial reports

you should have in-depth knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles. You will be working under the direct supervision of an Accountant. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information is a must.

**What you’ll do**:

- Preparing accounts payable, receivable invoices, financial statements and reports.
- Performing the basic accounting functions.
- Maintaining Accounts For India and US as well
- Able To maintain Zoho books and quick books
- Assisting with the preparation of tax returns.
- Validating bank accounts.
- Maintaining ledger accounts
- Responsible in payroll and compliance audits.

**What you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience working as an Accounting Associate or a similar position in the accounting department.
- Good understanding of state and federal tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, practices and Outstanding cash handling skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Tools
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
