Job Roles and Responsibilities:
The role of a **Quality Controller (QC)** in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) projects involves ensuring that all installations, processes, and final products meet specified quality standards, codes, and project requirements. Here are the key job responsibilities for this role:

- **Review Project Specifications**: Analyze blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- **Develop QC Plans**: Create detailed quality control plans that outline inspection protocols, testing requirements, and compliance measures.
- **Material Verification**: Ensure materials and equipment meet the required standards and specifications before installation.
- **Installation Inspections**: Conduct inspections during various phases of installation (ductwork, piping, equipment setup) to ensure adherence to standards.
- **Functional Testing**: Oversee and perform testing of HVAC systems, including air balancing, system performance checks, and commissioning.
- **Documentation**: Maintain records of inspections, testing, and non-conformance issues.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Monitor installations to ensure safety protocols are strictly followed.
- **Team Coordination**: Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to maintain quality standards.
- **Progress Reports**: Prepare detailed quality control reports and share findings with project management.
- **Audit Participation**: Assist in internal or external audits as required.
- **Final Inspections**: Ensure all systems are functioning as intended and meet project handover criteria.
- **As-Built Documentation**: Verify and organize as-built drawings, manuals, and maintenance guides for client delivery.

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor of Engineering degree with 1-2 years of site engineering experience
- Fundamental knowledge of HVAC engineering (optional not mandatory)
- AutoCad drawing basics
- MS office, specifically MS excel
- Good communication skills and team work
- Willingness to commute to project sites on a daily basis

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
