**Responsibilities**:
Supervision of Staff: Oversee and coordinate the activities of production workers during the shift, ensuring that they follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Production Planning: Monitor production schedules, allocate resources, and ensure that production targets are met on time.

Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that products meet regulatory and company standards.

Equipment Management: Ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained and calibrated, coordinating repairs as needed.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.

Problem-Solving: Address operational issues swiftly to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.

Reporting: Prepare shift reports detailing production metrics, any deviations, and incidents for management review.

Training: Train and mentor new staff, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.

**Skills Required**:
Leadership: Strong ability to lead and motivate a team.

Attention to Detail: Critical for maintaining quality standards and compliance.

Communication: Clear and effective communication skills to interact with team members and management.

Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues that arise during production.

Knowledge of Regulations: Understanding of industry regulations, including GMP and FDA standards.

This role is crucial for maintaining smooth production processes and ensuring that pharmaceutical products are manufactured safely and efficiently.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
