They also manage the sales process, maintain customer relationships, and work to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
- **Customer Interaction**:Greeting customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and recommending appropriate vehicles.
- **Vehicle Presentation**:Demonstrating vehicle features and benefits, coordinating test drives, and explaining financing options.
- **Sales Process**:Assisting with trade-in valuations, negotiating prices, and completing paperwork for sales transactions.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Building and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction, and encouraging repeat business.
- **Sales Targets**:Meeting and exceeding sales targets, tracking sales performance, and developing sales strategies.
- **Product Knowledge**:Staying up-to-date on new vehicle models, features, and industry trends.
- **Sales Support**:Collaborating with other team members, including service and finance departments, to ensure a smooth sales process.
