**JOB DESCRIPTION - SFDC Manual Tester***:
**Job Title : QA /Sr QA - Tester**

**Responsibilities for the job**

goes live in production.- Testing multiple test phases in medium to large projects.
- Creating, executing, reviewing and prioritization of the test cases.
- Writing detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plan & test scenarios
- Performing Sanity, Regression, SIT & UAT on various environments as and when required.
- Analysing and Reviewing requirements, specifications and design documents to provide valid Feedbacks and

appropriate test estimates.
- Identify, record, and document the bugs thoroughly in test management, defect & project management tool.
- Hands
- on experience in API testing
- Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to the changes while maintaining urgency in completing assigned tasks.
- Conducting User Acceptance Testing and verifying performance, reliability and fault tolerance issues.
- Thorough impact analysis for change requests.
- Proficient in writing SQL queries
- Collaborate with internal & external teams with good communication and soft skills to make sprint deliverables with smooth transition and achieve team goals and objectives.
- Display techno functional abilities to assist development team in debugging and capture the events to pinpoint the

issues.
- Exposure of working on Loan Origination System.

Exposure with working on Loan Origination System on SF platform

NBFC domain knowledge is a plus

**Primary Skill**
- Hands-on experience in Functional/SIT/API testing.
- Knowledge in JIRA/HP ALM.
- Proficiency with Test Case & Test plan Preparation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.

**Technical Skills**
- Experience in functional and Integration testing
- Good Knowledge of various Testing Techniques and methodologies
- Should have experience testing multiple test phases in medium to large projects.
- Thorough Knowledge of various phases of SDLC, STLC and Defect Life Cycle.
- Proficiency with Test Case & Test plan Preparation
- Hands-on experience in API testing
- Executing, Reviewing and prioritization of the existing test cases.
- Defect logging & tracking experience using Project management tools like JIRA, etc.
- Good experience on Agile process and JIRA tool for test management activities
- Conducting User Acceptance Testing and verifying performance, reliability and fault tolerance issues.
- Excellent knowledge in impact analysis for change requests.
- Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries
- NBFC domain knowledge is a plus

- Must have the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changes while maintaining urgency in completing assigned tasks.
- Possess excellent Relationship management and Team management skills with expertise in training and problem solving skill
