We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Activity Coordinator to join our team. The Activity Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating a diverse range of activities and events for our Schools.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive activity program that caters to the interests and preferences of our [residents/customers/participants].
- Plan and schedule a variety of activities, including but not limited to games, crafts, exercise classes, outings, cultural events, and educational workshops.
- Coordinate with internal staff, external vendors, and community partners to ensure seamless execution of activities.
- Maintain accurate records of activity attendance, feedback, and participation levels.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities, soliciting feedback from participants and making adjustments as needed.
- Promote activities through various channels, including flyers, newsletters, social media, and word-of-mouth.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of participants during all activities, adhering to relevant health and safety guidelines.
- Assist with budget management, resource procurement, and administrative tasks as needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages social interaction, friendship, and personal growth among participants.

Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Social Work, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in activity coordination, event planning, or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds.
- Creativity, initiative, and a passion for enhancing the lives of others through meaningful activities.
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices in activity programming.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or activity management software is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
