**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect and verify documents from students/clients as per the Australia documentation checklist.
- Prepare and organise visa/admission files for lodgement.
- Coordinate with counsellors, admissions team, and clients to resolve missing or incorrect documentation.
- Maintain updated checklists for various Australian visa subclasses (Student, Visitor, PR, etc.).
- Follow up with clients for pending documents and keep proper records.
- Ensure compliance with Australian immigration and university/college requirements.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy access.
- Provide regular updates to management on file status.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Administration, Management, or related field).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and digital record management.
- Knowledge of the Australian visa process/documentation (training can be provided).
- Ability to manage multiple files under deadlines.

**Experience**:

- Freshers with strong administrative skills are welcome.
- Prior experience in visa counselling, admissions, or documentation will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹11,218.33 - ₹30,373.48 per month
