**Job Brief**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to sales representatives, including preparing customer quotes, order entry, data entry, and other related duties.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner. Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for the material dispatch
- Coordinate with the ASM for the all order related details also customer information.
- Take follow-up with the courier team.
- Do the payment recovery timely.
- Prepare reports regarding sales performance, customer satisfaction, and other metrics. Track and maintain accurate records of sales leads and customer data.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.

Requirements & Skills:

- Must have knowledge of Tally,ZOHO Books.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Team spirit & Team management Skills
- Strong listening skills & learning attitude
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 -4 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
- effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
