- Support the Category Manager for execution of activity regarding Ecom Sales and execution through all Russet Ecom Partners
- Support the Business Development Manager with After Sales Support
- Coordinate with Ecom Sales & Retail Sales towards merchandise sales targets
- Support the lead generation process
- Provide support to Sales Team to produce the intended experience for our customers. Understand customer concerns and report to respective managers. Troubleshooting.
- Manage Customer Accounts

- Ensure order fulfilment by proactively coordinating with Vendors
