A Graphic Designer is responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. The role involves understanding requirements and their needs before making design decisions.
**Years of exp**: Min 3 years of relevant experience of working with a Brand or agency
**Education**:Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.

**Roles And Responsibilities**:

- Create / design new content for assisting marketing campaigns.
- The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software, social media platforms & other digital platforms and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
- Ensure all creatives and graphics are aligned with our brand guidelines.
- Work with the content team to produce final designs.

**What You Must Have**:

- Expertise in Adobe Design Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other image and video editing tools.
- Ability to work methodically and manage multiple requests at the same time, focusing on prioritizing work to deliver on time.
- A great understanding of digital marketing creatives, layouts, animations, typography and colour theory. A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Constant watch on the latest trends and innovations about graphic and social media design trends. Interest in developing design skills and exploring different formats, demonstrated in your portfolio.
- 3D illustration experience would be a plus.
- Following the design style guide & road map & thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time.
- Working with a wide range of channels
- Offline, Online Digital & affiliate contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief.
- Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches for the creative campaign where it's required
- Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and trends in Edtech, emerging tools, web exposure, colour knowledge developing interactive design working as part of a team with copywriters, marketing specialists, etc.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
