**Role Summary**:
We’re looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer Intern or Job Role who is ready to bring fresh ideas, design visual assets, support marketing and social-media efforts, and grow with our team. This is a great opportunity for a fresher wanting to build a portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the marketing team with design tasks: layouts, typography, colour work, image editing.
- Assist in producing content for campaigns, ensuring brand consistency (Carvve style).
- Help maintain and update visual design files and libraries.
- Learn/adapt to the tools and trends in design, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

**Requirements**:

- Recent graduate or final-year student in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or similar.
- Basic proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and comfort working in a digital environment.
- Strong sense of layout, typography, colour, composition.
- Creative mindset, willingness to learn, good communication skills.
- Portfolio (even academic/unpaid project) preferred.

**Stipend / Salary**:

- ₹ 7,000 to ₹ 20,000 per month (depending on skills and commitment) for intern/fresher level.
- Performance and future potential may lead to higher compensation or full-time role.
