**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Business Development**:
- Identify new business opportunities and target potential customers for Tally licenses, TSS, and AMC.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits of Tally software.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for licenses, TSS, and AMC.
- **Product Knowledge and Consultation**:
- Gain a deep understanding of Tally products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing structures.
- Provide customers with tailored recommendations based on their business needs and technical requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest updates, releases, and offerings of Tally products.
- **Customer Support and Follow-up**:
- Provide excellent post-sales support by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to Tally products.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, renewal of TSS and AMC contracts, and upsell additional services.
- Assist customers in the installation and configuration of Tally software when required.
- **Market Research**:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential competitors in the Tally software market.
- Regularly report on customer feedback, market insights, and competitor activities.
- **Sales Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contract renewals.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on sales performance and forecasts to management.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in software, ERP solutions, or similar industries.
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, TSS, and AMC services (or willingness to learn).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and offer solutions to meet their needs.
- Strong negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive, self-driven attitude with a passion for sales.
**Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, ideally in software or technology products (preferred). (Fresher can also apply)
- Knowledge of Tally ERP products and services is a plus but not mandatory.
